Network CAD Design & Integration
AIS provides planning, design and consultation services for structured wiring, telephone systems, data center & Wide/Local Area Networks to suit your needs and budget.
This process begins with client meetings. During this process, AIS engineers meet with clients to assist them with the communications challenges. We spend as much time as necessary to exactly determine their clients needs. We identify and discuss all facets of their communications and computer systems. After the initial consultation, the engineers prepare specifications, designs and proposals for the client.
Engineering and Design:
We specialize in design-build projects. Our highly trained network engineers can design state-of-the-art universal structured cabling systems, Wide Area Networks (including Internet solutions), Local Area Networks and telecommunications systems to meet any budget or requirement. AIS has certified Cisco, RCDD, Microsoft, Linux, Sun and RCDD design engineers with many years experience in all areas of communications and computer technology. We offer our clients unparalleled design services. We have the in-house capability do this as we are a single source communications provider, and our design services include engineers and design professionals from all four divisions. No other company can offer all of these design and installation services under one roof.
Our design methods will be based on the latest standards and methodologies including compliance with the EIA/TIA Industry standards. The design will provide long-term benefits and future flexibility for your voice and data networks. The customer will have access to all of AIS's in-house design professionals from all four of our divisions. AIS engineers will work closely with you to provide custom design and consultation support on the various systems as per your requirements.
Request for Proposal (RFP):
After the design is complete, the engineering staff writes a detailed specification and provides drawings in AutoCAD to the customer. This information can be formatted into a request for a proposal for bidding purposes. A complete RFP will be printed and bound, including specifications plans and bidding instructions that will ensure minimal change orders. AIS will coordinate with customers project schedule to arrange a time limit for RFP response. Upon receiving the RFP responses for the approved vendors, AIS will assist in reviewing and evaluating all proposals. We will then compare all vendor material lists to the previously determined budget to verify accurate bidding procedures.
