A well-known thought-leader during the evolution of the hosting industry, Tim has held senior executive leadership roles with Savvis, Cable & Wireless America, Exodus and Digital Equipment Corporation. He excels at building thriving companies that deliver best-in-class hosting, colocation, managed, and professional services to clients from start-up to Fortune 500. At AIS, Tim is spearheading the company’s expansion, which leverages its strengths in delivering enterprise-class physical and virtual datacenter infrastructure.

As senior vice president of Global Operations at Savvis, a global leader in IT infrastructure services for enterprises, Tim led the efforts to rapidly expand the company’s international data center footprint, upgrade its network infrastructure, and expand its operational capabilities for managed services and utility computing.

Previously, as the managing director for Global Services at Savvis, Tim was responsible for the company’s top customers, as well as its Professional Services and Managed Security Services businesses. While at Cable & Wireless America, he led its Hosting business which represented over $450MM of revenue.

Tim is very active in the San Diego community, serving as a board member for the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation (EDC), part of the leadership trust for LEAD San Diego, and a board member for CommNexus San Diego, a non-profit technology industry association that works to accelerate the formation, growth, and success of the technology industry in the region. He is also a member of the San Diego Rotary Club 33.

Tim holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Kevin has been a successful leader at both public and private, information and technology companies, including those experiencing rapid growth phases. Much of his recent experience has been with information services and content-based businesses with recurring revenue models.

Prior to AIS, Kevin was the CFO of the 3E Company responsible for managing the Company’s finances and continuing its rapid financial growth along with implementing mergers, acquisitions, and other expansion opportunities.

Kevin has worked in several countries over the course of his twenty-five year career, including Europe, Africa, and Asia as a senior financial executive with ABC News Inc., a division of the Walt Disney Company.

Kevin holds a BA Degree in Finance from Villanova University.

Steve is a seasoned technologist with 20 years of hands-on experience in data security, network operations, and telecommunications. He has provided senior technical leadership for early-stage companies in the ISP, managed server, and data center services industries. Steve has also held both military and civilian positions in communications, network operation, and data security.

At AIS, Steve is responsible for managing and growing the engineering team and high-availability service infrastructure to support rapid regional expansion. He has been instrumental in the development of the virtual private data center / IaaS cloud services product lines at AIS. He is also responsible for leading the company’s network and managed services engineering efforts and owns the AIS strategic services roadmap.

Prior positions for Steve include serving as the chief technology officer for Complex Drive Data Centers and Cari.Net. He founded American Digital Network and was the principal architect and operations manager.

A professionally certified Data Center Design Electro-mechanical engineer, Ken has over 15 years experience designing, building, and maintaining Tier II-III data centers all over the country for companies such as LexisNexis and Fidelity Information Services. Meeting client expectations of ensuring continuous reliability, availability, and productivity is the forte of uptime and is a key focus for Ken.

During his five years at Fidelity, and previous six years at LexisNexis, his clients enjoyed an unprecedented level of continuous uptime without revenue generating load losses. There was not a single revenue-impacting outage.

Ken holds a BS in Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in IT, data center, and telecommunications operations. At AIS, he is responsible for the Service Delivery and Client Services organization, managing the client experience from order entry to service implementation and on-going 24x7x365 client support.

Frank took over responsibility for compliance and drove company efforts to complete the SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type 2, the SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2, and the SSAE 16 SOC 3 audits for our San Diego and Phoenix enterprise-class data centers. He also spearheaded the AIS Change Management and Incident Management procedures that were developed and implemented using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) architecture.

Prior to AIS, Frank had responsibility for day-to-day operations, change management, network operations, and engineering of Intuit’s major data centers in San Diego, CA, Plano, TX, and Reno, NV. He also served as vice president for Data Center Operations and Telecommunications at the ABC Television Network.

Frank holds a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Cindy is that rare combination of senior sales executive who not only is skilled in driving superior sales team results but is also quite fluent in virtually every aspect of data center and cloud-based architecture and infrastructure.

Cindy has nearly 20 years of technology sales experience that includes channel and partner activities. Her background includes leading VAR-based sales activities for Medweb, a firm specializing in SaaS cloud telemedicine; partner development for Integralis, a global provider of IT Security and Information Risk Management solutions; and time at AT&T Solutions, Cable & Wireless, and MCI.

Cindy is certified in Aviation Security and is also the author of noted whitepapers on advances in cochlear implant technologies. She is one of only 16 panel members of the IT Governance Board on a global level, she sits on the executive boards of the La Jolla Community Center and San Diego / Jalalabad Sister Cites Foundation, and she serves as President of the La Jolla Town Council.

Leading with integrity, passion, creativity, and humor, Brian is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing and demand generation activities.

One of his more notable recent accomplishments was successfully transforming the brand, positioning, and industry perception of San Diego-based Continuous Computing from an earnest-yet-adolescent telecom platforms vendor into a fast-moving, high-growth global wireless infrastructure leader that ended up being acquired by Radisys (NASDAQ: RSYS), yielding substantial returns for company investors plus a broader engineering and manufacturing base to solidify continued product innovation for existing and future customers.

Previous roles for Brian include marketing at Sorrento Networks, an optical networking systems vendor; operations and business development at Rhythms NetConnections, a nationwide DSL service provider; and business development at NextWave Telecom, an upstart nationwide wireless operator.

Brian has an MS in engineering management from Stanford University, a BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and he served as an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer in the US Navy.
