Mr. Rollet has an extensive technology background with nearly 30 years of business, sales, and management experience, including 20+ years in the IT sector.
Immediately prior to joining AIS he was senior director of operations and service delivery at EMC where he managed over 150,000 square feet of hosting and cloud infrastructure supporting EMC business units worldwide.
Before joining EMC, Mr. Rollet served eight years at regional data center operator Peak 10, including four years as senior vice president of market operations with responsibility for overseeing the financial, service delivery, support, sales management, and facilities operations. He joined Peak 10 after serving in sales and operational leadership roles with AMR Corp and GEAC Computer Corporation.
Mr. Rollet holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
Mr. O’Hare has been a successful financial leader at both public and private information and technology companies over the past 25 years.
Prior to joining AIS, Mr. O’Hare was the CFO at the private equity-backed 3E Company responsible for managing finances, sales operations, quality assurance, human resources and legal departments. The company was successfully sold to Verisk Analytics (VRSK) in 2010.
Before joining 3E, Mr. O’Hare worked as CFO at private equity-backed companies in New York and Houston in publishing, digital media, and health communications. Mr. O’Hare began his career with the ABC Television Network, a Walt Disney Company, and held a number of progressive financial roles, including as Managing Director of Finance and Administration – EMEA/APAC for ABC News in London.
Mr. O’Hare holds a BA Degree in Finance from Villanova University.
Mr. Wallace is a seasoned technologist with 25 years of hands-on experience in data security, network operations, and telecommunications. He has provided senior technical leadership for early-stage companies in the ISP, managed hosting, and data center services industries. He has also held both military and civilian positions in communications, network operations, and data security.
At AIS Mr. Wallace is responsible for managing and growing the engineering team and AIS’ high availability service infrastructure. He has been instrumental in the development of the virtual private data center / IaaS cloud services product lines and owns the AIS strategic services roadmap.
Prior positions include serving as the chief technology officer for both Complex Drive Data Centers and Cari.Net. He founded American Digital Network and was the principal architect and engineering operations manager.
Mr. Wallace holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from California State University at Long Beach, and is the recipient of the 2013 IT Executive of the Year award from the San Diego Business Journal.
A professionally certified Data Center Design Electro-mechanical engineer, Mr. Carter has over 15 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Tier II-III data centers all over the country for companies such as LexisNexis and Fidelity Information Services.
Meeting client expectations of ensuring continuous reliability, availability, and productivity is the forte of uptime and is a key focus for Mr. Carter.
During his five years at Fidelity, and previous six years at LexisNexis, his clients enjoyed an unprecedented level of continuous uptime without revenue generating load losses. There was not a single revenue-impacting outage.
Mr. Carter holds a BS in Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He is the recipient of the 2012 IT Executive of the Year award from the San Diego Business Journal.
Mr. Gaff has over 30 years of experience in IT, data center, and telecommunications operations. At AIS, he is responsible for the Service Delivery and Client Services organization, managing the client experience from order entry to service implementation and on-going 24x7x365 client support.
Mr. Gaff took over responsibility for compliance and drove company efforts to complete the SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type 2, the SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2, and the SSAE 16 SOC 3 audits for our San Diego and Phoenix enterprise-class data centers. He also spearheaded the AIS Change Management and Incident Management procedures that were developed and implemented using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) architecture.
Prior to AIS, Mr. Gaff had responsibility for day-to-day operations, change management, network operations, and engineering of Intuit’s major data centers in San Diego, CA, Plano, TX, and Reno, NV. He also served as vice president for Data Center Operations and Telecommunications at the ABC Television Network.
Mr. Gaff holds a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Fordham University.
Mr. Wood has a diverse technology marketing background with over 15 years of experience and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing and demand generation activities.
Prior to AIS, Mr. Wood led marketing at Continuous Computing, an embedded software and telecom platform provider, from 2004 until its acquisition by Radisys (RSYS).
Previously he worked in marketing at Sorrento Networks, an optical networking systems vendor; operations and business development at Rhythms NetConnections, a nationwide DSL service provider; and business development at NextWave Telecom, an upstart nationwide wireless operator.
Mr. Wood has an MS in engineering management from Stanford University, a BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and served as an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer in the US Navy.
