We operate seven facilities: five San Diego data centers, one Phoenix data center, and one network node / point of presence in Los Angeles.

The AIS service architecture is based on ITIL v3 (Information Infrastructure Technology Library) and all facilities are audited periodically in conformance with SSAE 16 and the Service Organization Controls (SOC) Report framework

To ensure unsurpassed reliability and security for all clients, AIS infrastructure systems have N+1 or 2N redundancy levels.

Utilizing our private MPLS backbone built on top of our redundant optical network, AIS clients can manage multiple AIS footprints for secure, scalable, and redundant primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) colocation.
