About American Internet Services (AIS)

AIS, the fastest growing colocation company in the Western United States, has provided business-to-business data center services since 1994. AIS operates seven premium colocation facilities in California and Arizona, and has invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure unsurpassed reliability, bandwidth, security and redundancy for its worldwide clients. AIS’s data centers are carrier-neutral facilities designed as technology fortresses, annually SAS70 Type II audited and have N+1 / 2N (or greater) redundancy levels on all infrastructure systems. All AIS data centers offer a mix of cabinet, cage and private suites, as well as roof rights for microwave links and other antenna systems.

AIS was created through the combination of several U.S. communication companies including WebCC (1998), ADNC (2001) and Internet Express (2004), as well as the acquisition of the data center chain Complex Drive (2008). All AIS data centers offer tours of the facilities and support infrastructure during regular business hours.
